As the founder of Feel Good Works, my enthusiasm lies in aiding companies of every size to foster a positive and healthy work atmosphere.  
I have personally worked with many different companies from large multi-nationals like Philips, Mars, SMBC, DHL Express and Dragados, to SMEs and start-ups.

Recognising that employee mental health and wellbeing can often be neglected, we are dedicated to offering top-tier consultancy, advice and guidance to ensure a supportive and safe environment for all. Our primary aim is to assist businesses in cultivating a culture of support and understanding, where everyone feels appreciated and valued.  

We provide a bespoke range of services, designed to meet the unique needs of each business, guaranteeing the finest advice and assistance.  We excel in risk assessment, strategy & road-mapping, policy formation and specialised training workshops.
