Feel Good Works delivered a practical session introducing the Spot, Ask, Adjust, Act model — helping staff notice what matters, ask better questions, make reasonable adjustments and know when to escalate.
Result
Staff reported greater confidence in recognising hidden difficulties, asking better questions, adjusting fairly and knowing when to escalate. The Spot, Ask, Adjust, Act model was rated very or extremely useful.
